- CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Our app is not intended for children under 18(minor). We consider everyone under the age of 18 as a minor. We do not knowingly collect data from children under age 18(minor). If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 18(minor), we will promptly delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting the new policy on this page. Upon agreeing with our new updated policy, would you be allowed to continue using "Tezz App" and its services. It is imperative that you as a user check for new updates on a timely basis

10.2 Non-Public Phone Book or Contact Information
: Privacy Protection- Our app does not allow unauthorized publishing or disclosure of non-public contacts. We respect your privacy and ensure that any contact information accessed by our app is used only for the intended purpose and with your explicit consent.
: User Control- You have full control over the contacts you choose to share with our app. We will never access or use your contact information without your permission.
10..3 Children's Privacy and SDK Use
: Child-Directed Services: our app is not directed towards children under 18(minor), we ensure that it does not include any Software Development Kit (SDK) that is for use in child-directed services. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws regarding children's privacy.
10.4 Persistent Device Identifiers*
: Limitations on Use- Our app does not misuse persistent device identifiers. Any use of such identifiers is transparent and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
: User Awareness- We inform users about the use of persistent device identifiers and provide options to opt out where applicable.

Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
- Profile Images Uploaded
Data Collection- We collect and store profile images uploaded by users to personalize their accounts and enhance the user experience.
Data Usage- Profile images are used to display user identities within the app, including but not limited to user profiles, comments, and interactions with other users.

12.5. Video Reels Uploaded
Data Collection- We collect and store video reels uploaded by users to enable sharing and interaction within the app.
Data Usage- Video reels are used to facilitate content sharing among users and to provide a dynamic and engaging user experience.
We may analyse video reels for content moderation, improving our services, and ensuring compliance with our community guidelines.
Data Sharing- Video reels may be shared with other users within the app as per the user’s privacy settings.
We will not share video reels with third parties without user consent, except as required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our services.
Data Security- We use advanced security measures to protect video reels from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Users can manage the visibility of their video reels and delete them at any time through the app’s settings.
Data Retention- Video reels are retained as long as the user’s account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, video reels will be permanently deleted from our servers.
